confirmation, do I need to call the hotel to
reconfirm my reservation? |
A: Even if you just ordered your hotel
reservation online, you can always call the hotels
to reconfirm your

will list a telephone number to serve our
customers during periods of system-outage due to
maintenance or upgrades of the web-based ordering
system. This allows you to complete your

children and the website is saying we need to book
two rooms. |
A: The maximum number
of people in a room is three including an extra
bed. However we can accommodate infants with free
cots sharing their parents' room and extra bed at
1,000 Baht for children under 12 years old include
ABF. Soon after making your reservation please
call the hotel directly in order to check the
availability and book a cot or extra
bed. |
Q. How do I cancel
my reservation? |
A. All major international credit card accepted
i.e. AMEX, VISA, Master Card, JCB and Diners

Q: My credit card
number is correct, but it is not accepted / I am
getting an error while making a payment.
Why? |
A: There are a few possibilities: -
Make sure you are not using a proxy internet

Q: I'm sure I
booked for two adults but when I received my
confirmation it says only one adult. Do I need to
get this changed before I
arrive? |
A: Our rates are charged per room rather
than per person, so this does not affect the price
you pay. There is no problem if you have not
entered the correct number of guests. We will
simply change this at check-in. Please note the
maximum capacity is two adults per
room. |
Q: Are all hotel
prices inclusive of all taxes and service
charges? |
A: Hotel prices displayed on our site are
nett. They are inclusive of all taxes and

limousine non smoking? Air conditioned? How many
do they seat? |
A: All limousine are non smoking and air
conditioning. The vehicles are primarily made up
of vans with seating for up to 6 passengers or car
with seating for up to 3
passengers. |
Q: What's up if my
arriving flight is delayed? |
A: We will wait up to one hour after the
scheduled arrival time of the carrier. After this
time we will try our hardest possible to transfer
you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if
this is not possible. |

International Airport? |
A: The distance between Phuket
International Airport to our resort is about 45
Km. Traveling time is approximately 45

hotel? |
A: The standard check-in time is 2:00
p.m. and check out is at 12:00 a.m. If you request
in advance for early check-in/late check out, we
will make every effort to entertain you, subject
to space availability.

to check-in earlier? |
A: It is sometimes possible to check in
earlier, however, this depends on availability and
cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of
having the room ready upon arrival, you can
reserve the room from the night (paid)

Q: Can I have a
late check-out? |
A: It is possible to have a late check
out and the charges are as follows: Check out
after 12:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. FOC but subject to
room availability. Check out after 6:00 p.m. An
additional room night will be charged at the
regular room rate |

breakfast served and times? |
A: breakfast buffet is served in the Smile
Restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 am to 10:00

A: Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of

A: We do have twin rooms. For triple
rooms, an extra bed must be added. However, no
quadruple rooms are available.

Yes, you can. The tour desk located the lobby
area. Excursions are available to all the main

to pay for the Key Deposit? |
A. To guarantee any losing of key card at 2,000
baht/room/stay. Hotel will return key deposit to
guests on the departure
